The Mossgreen-Webb’s Fine Art Department offers excellence in expertise, scholarship and service.

The department hosts six auctions annually, offers valuations for market and insurance purposes as well as market based information for those wishing to consign and seeking acquisition advice.

The Fine Art Department offers two sale categories. Important Paintings & Contemporary Art auctions showcase museum quality and important works by New Zealand’s most well celebrated artists as well as works by notable international practitioners. The A2 Art sales include a varied mix of contemporary artworks, sculpture, prints and photographs at accessible price-points.

Melbourne-based specialists offer expertise in Australian & Indigenous Art, Chinese & Asian art and Oceanic & Tribal art.
